Job summary

Five Below is seeking an hourly Store Leader to wow customers with fast, friendly checkout and outstanding service. You will oversee daily activities of store associates, coach on the B.E.S.T. experience, and assist with opening/closing procedures.

Requirements include a High School diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of management experience. Flexibility for days, weekends, and holidays is required, with collaboration on merchandising and store operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly checkout and customer service.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure excellent service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking of new stock.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed and handle store operations.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms.
• Onboard and train associates on policies and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and performance.
• Collaborate with leadership on merchandising and store performance.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of stock room and floors.
