Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Wows the customer through personal contact with guests.
• Trains the crew on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience.
• Leads the store to achieve customer service score goals.
• Oversees front-end operations and merchandising to brand standards.
• Ensures front-end equipment is in working order and crews are trained.
• Responsible for opening and closing procedures and store cleanliness.
• Performs store manager duties in the absence of the store manager.
• Recruit, train, coach, develop and supervise all crew members.
• Partners with leadership on merchandising and World Recovery.
• Maintains stock room and general store maintenance.
