Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience in hospitality or retail.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop, and lead the team to provide a great guest experience and fulfill our mission.
• Use Profit and Loss, Daily Business Review, Cash & Deposit Log, and Data Central tools to operate effectively.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and manage inventory/shipping.
• Review KPIs to identify problems and opportunities for improvement and adjust accordingly.
• Manage store cash activities (daily deposits).
• Ensure compliance with food safety guidelines at all times by all team members.
• Own and promote brand standards aligned with company vision.
• Ensure store appearance and cleanliness meet brand standards.
• Drive company programs through action planning and team motivation.
• Develop local store marketing plans and community outreach initiatives.
• Recognize achievements using existing tools and new recognition methods.
