Job summary

Smoothie King is seeking a General Manager to lead a store team, drive exceptional guest experiences, and align operations with the brand's mission to inspire healthier lifestyles. You will hire, train, and coach staff while managing day-to-day store performance and safety standards.

In this role, you will oversee budgets, vendor relationships, marketing efforts, and KPI tracking to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. Flexibility with hours will be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 2+ years' experience as a manager or supervisor in a restaurant or similar retail service business.
• Basic knowledge of Word and Excel.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop, and lead the store team to deliver great guest experiences.
• Use P&L, Daily Business Review, Cash & Deposit Log, and Data Central scheduling/inventory tools to drive operational excellence.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers (inventory management, shipments, etc.).
• Review store environment and KPIs to identify problems and opportunities for improvement.
• Manage cash activities for the store (daily deposits).
• Ensure compliance with food safety guidelines at all times; ensure all Team Members are compliant as well.
• Own and promote brand standards in alignment with company vision.
• Ensure store appearance and cleanliness uphold brand standards.
• Drive implementation of company programs through action planning and inspiring the team.
• Develop local store marketing plans to support brand initiatives including community outreach and events.
• Recognize and reinforce team achievements using existing tools and programs, and new methods.
