The role requires strong communication, ability to coach associates, and flexibility to work peak times. Physical tasks include standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and carrying out opening/closing duties.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform store tasks and duties as delegated by the Store Manager, including acting as Manager on Duty as scheduled.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to managers on team performance.
• Deliver exceptional in-store experiences through selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Demonstrate knowledge of products, policies, and store strategies.
• Set the day/shift direction and goals as team members arrive.
• Handle opening/closing routines, including bank deposits, shipments, and communications of directives.
• Build genuine connections with customers through needs discovery, product demos, and personalized recommendations.
• Assist with floorset execution, visual presentation, and marketing placements.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and engaging customer experiences by following standards and policies.
