Qualifications

• 3+ years customer service or retail leadership experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Google applications, computer systems and tablet devices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Assistant Store Leaders and Team Leaders in setting sales, customer service and visual merchandising goals for all associates.
• Communicate store goals and initiatives to all associates and align with company mission.
• Establish and manage key metrics including sales, visuals, safety, loss prevention, HR, payroll and scheduling budgets.
• Conduct weekly walkthroughs with leadership to set direction and ensure targets are met.
• Coach leaders to create individual development plans for all team members.
• Maintain open communication with area/regional management and participate in meetings.
• Foster collaboration and teamwork across channels; ensure customer service excellence on the sales floor.
