• Lead Assistant Store Leaders and Team Leaders to set and maintain sales, customer service and visual merchandising goals.
• Communicate store goals and initiatives to all associates and align with company mission.
• Establish and manage critical metrics across sales, safety, payroll, scheduling, training.
• Conduct weekly walkthroughs to set priorities and direction for the store.
• Coach leadership to create development plans and address associate relations issues.
• Ensure excellent customer service on the sales floor and support cross-team collaboration.
