You will lead Assistant Store Leaders and Team Leaders, set goals, monitor metrics, and coach associates to achieve topline results while controlling expenses. You’ll spend significant time on the sales floor, engaging customers, mentoring staff, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Aufgaben

• Lead Assistant Store Leaders and Team Leaders in achieving sales, customer service and visual merchandising goals.
• Set and communicate store goals and company initiatives to all store associates.
• Manage critical metrics (sales, visuals, safety, loss prevention, payroll and scheduling) and training.
• Conduct weekly walkthroughs with leadership to set priorities and direction.
• Coach leaders to create development plans and address associate relations issues.
