Job summary

Crate and Barrel is seeking a Team Leader, Operations to ensure seamless merchandise flow and store operations. You will lead, plan, and supervise merchandising and stock teams, adjusting priorities and schedules to keep the salesfloor customer-ready.

You will mentor and lead teams, train on product knowledge, selling, customer service, and procedures, and spend significant time on the sales floor. The role includes acting as Leader On Duty (LOD) and managing store efficiency.

Qualifications

• 1+ years customer service or retail leadership experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Google applications, computer systems and tablet devices.
• Full-Time roles: open availability to work flexible hours on weekdays, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead designated team and manage associate workload as determined in partnership with the Assistant Store Leader.
• Coach associates on performance and maintain a strong presence in the department.
• Train and develop associates on product knowledge, selling, customer service, operations, visual, policies and procedures.
