Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• Strong communication and leadership to coach a high-performing team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and customer-centric operations to deliver results.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associates and Experts.
• Own assigned area and implement action plans for efficiency.
• Perform Service Leader duties and ensure SOPs are followed.
• Represent the brand and stay aware of the retail landscape.
• Promote community involvement and omni-channel experience.
• Ensure compliance with standards and policies.
