Buckle Findlay, OH is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to help deliver the Buckle guest experience, train teammates, and lead operations in the manager's absence. This role blends sales, coaching, merchandising, and customer service under the Store Manager and Leadership Team.

You will recruit, develop, and motivate Teammates, manage daily tasks, and uphold Buckle standards across service, policies, and loss prevention while advancing toward the Assistant Manager

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train Teammates to deliver exceptional guest service and meet sales goals.
• Assist Store Manager with store operations, scheduling and compliance.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and development of team members.
