Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to help deliver the company mission: to create the most enjoyable shopping experience for our Guests.

You will lead sales efforts, merchandising, and store operations, coaching Teammates and acting as Store Manager in their absence. Responsibilities span training, guest services, inventory, and leadership actions to drive sales, loyalty, and store performance, with a focus on showmanship and exceptional service

Qualifications

• Ability to perform essential duties with focus on customer service and leadership.
• Willingness to recruit, train, and develop Teammates daily.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests, provide legendary service, and assist with merchandise needs.
• Lead by example in sales presentations and showmanship.
• Coach Teammates, recruit, train, and step in as Store Manager when needed.
• Maintain visual standards, merchandising, and store operations.
• Ensure POS accuracy, security, and customer satisfaction.
