Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; four-year college degree typical.
• Retail management experience or CVS Supervisor experience.
• Willingness to accept promotion to Store Manager in designated market.
• Ability to transfer between CVS stores in the market.

Responsibilities

• Support store leadership development through the SMIT program (16 weeks).
• Lead customer care and service standards to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Execute merchandising strategies to drive store sales growth.
• Manage store inventory and assets to maintain profitability.
• Collaborate with district leadership and mentors to progress toward Store Manager.
