Job summary

CVS Health is launching a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to prepare you for a future CVS Store Manager role. The program blends self-paced, collaborative training over 16 weeks with both virtual and hands-on experiences to develop leadership skills.

You will work with a district leader, HR partner, Training Store Manager, and a Store Manager coach to build a strong foundation for advancement and a career in retail management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Retail management experience or CVS Supervisor experience.
• Ability to work a schedule that may vary based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with your leader in Key Learning Experiences to support you on your path to promotion during the structured program.
• Support your store as management team member and lead in a manner consistent with CVS values and policies.
• Engage colleagues in support of CVS’s purpose of helping people on their path to better health.
• Be willing to accept promotion roles with the market you work in.
