Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is hiring an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to support store leadership and drive guest service excellence in Nashville.

You will partner with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit teammates, and provide coaching across daily operations. As the progression from AIT to Assistant Manager, you will take on higher level duties, lead by example in merchandising, guest engagement, training, and performance improvement while maintaining

Qualifications

• Customer service and management-oriented guest experience.
• Ability to recruit, train and coach Teammates to meet Buckle standards.
• Experience in retail or leadership roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide legendary service across store areas.
• Recruit, train and develop Teammates to uphold Buckle standards.
• Lead merchandising, floor sets and visual standards.
• Oversee store operations, POS procedures, and loss prevention practices.
