Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1-3 months related retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales and guest service to meet store goals.
• Recruit, train and develop Teammates under Store Manager guidance.
• Oversee merchandising, displays and visual standards.
• Handle store operations and loss prevention procedures.
• Assist Store Manager and lead in Manager absence.
• Support onboarding and coaching of team.
