Cumberland Farms is seeking a Managers In Training in Fort Walton Beach, FL. You will work with Training Managers to learn day-to-day operations, guest service, and leadership responsibilities in a fast-paced convenience store environment.

Through structured training and hands-on supervision, you’ll build skills to manage store operations, drive customer satisfaction, and develop a strong team while exploring growth opportunities within Cumberland Farms.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year retail or food experience.
• Soft skills: strong communication and guest service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and a smile; deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team through training, scheduling, and coaching.
• Monitor product levels, rotate stock, and keep shelves full for 100% in-stock at all times.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety programs when applicable.
• Maintain store cleanliness and appearance; ensure coffee and food service areas are clean and organized.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Store or District Manager.
