Cumberland Farms in Pensacola, FL seeks a Managers In Training to develop into a store leader. This full-time role supports the Store Manager, plus training with our leadership team, covering store operations, guest service, and team development.

You will participate in a structured training program, rotate shifts, learn from experienced managers, and contribute to delivering an exceptional guest experience. The position offers growth opportunities across our 1500+ sites nationwide.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School or GED
• Experience in retail, food service or restaurant management preferred
• ServSafe/Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and assist Store Manager with training, scheduling, and coaching team members.
• Monitor product levels on the sales floor and ensure 100% in-stock availability.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety programs where applicable.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and handle transactions.
• Assist Store Manager with leadership tasks and delegate responsibilities to the team.
