Cumberland Farms is hiring for a Managers In Training role at our Connecticut locations. You will learn to run a Cumberland Farms convenience store, support the Store Manager, and develop leadership skills across scheduling, coaching, and guest service.

This full-time program includes structured training weeks with Managers, hands-on shifts, and eventual placement within our bench leadership team to cover absences and step into your own store.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Retail or food service experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with hiring, scheduling, and coaching team members.
• Ensure excellent guest service and maintain product availability.
• Oversee daily operations including food service where applicable.
