Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a Retail Store Leader to drive store operations across locations. You will oversee production, leadership of the Assistant Store Manager, a Production Team, and Donation Attendants, guiding daily activity to meet income and donation goals.

You will manage payroll and store costs while ensuring exceptional customer service. This role emphasizes team leadership, policy compliance, and community engagement across multiple sites.

Qualifikationen

• Two years' work experience in Retail Management
• One-year customer service experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid drivers' license and clean MVR
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred

Aufgaben

• Develops and executes retail operations plan to achieve goals for income, revenue, and production.
• Coordinates with Retail District Manager to implement strategic plans to drive donations.
• Monitors product levels daily to achieve budget targets.
• Ensures payroll and operating costs meet budget.
• Delivers excellent customer service to donors and customers.
• Keeps store locations clean and reflecting the Goodwill brand.
