Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a Retail Store Manager in Mesa to lead store operations, optimize donations, and oversee production. The role requires supervising the Assistant Store Manager, Production Team, and Donation Attendants while ensuring top customer service and adherence to budget targets.

You will drive daily operations, coordinate with the Retail District Manager on strategic plans, and maintain store standards reflecting the Goodwill brand.

Qualifications

• Two years’ work experience in Retail Management, preferably thrift.
• One-year customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Drives retail business operations at a store location to help fund the GCNA mission.
• Leads Assistant Store Manager(s), Production Team, and Donation Attendants.
• Manages payroll costs and operating costs within budget; ensures customer service excellence.
• Maintains inventory control, donation processing, and price tagging per standards.
• Partners with the district manager to maximize store performance and community engagement.
