Job summary

Goodwill of Central & Northern Arizona is seeking a Store Leader to drive retail operations at a Phoenix-area store. You will lead the Production Team, Donation Attendants, and an Assistant Store Manager while ensuring service excellence and brand standards.

Starting pay is $70,000 annually with eligibility for a monthly bonus based on performance after training. This full-time role requires attendance and flexibility across stores as needed.

Qualifications

• Two years’ work experience in Retail Management.
• One-year customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid drivers' license and clean MVR.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes retail operations plan to achieve goals for income, revenue, and production.
• Coordinates with Retail District Manager to drive donations and strategic plans.
• Monitors product levels daily to meet sales targets.
• Ensures payroll and operating costs are managed to budget.
• Delivers excellent customer service to donors and customers.
• Maintains clean, well-kept store reflecting the Goodwill brand.
