Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking an experienced Retail Manager to drive store operations, production, and donations at a local Goodwill store. You will lead the Assistant Store Manager, production team, and donation attendants while delivering strong customer service and achieving financial targets.

The role requires retail management experience, strong coaching skills, and the ability to manage payroll and store costs.

Qualifications

• Two years’ work experience in Retail Management, preferably thrift.
• One-year customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid drivers’ license and clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes retail operations plan to achieve daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals for operating income, revenue, and production.
• Monitors payroll and operating costs to budget.
• Ensures excellent customer service to donors and customers.
• Leads and coaches Assistant Store Manager(s), Production Team, and Donation Attendants.
