Royal Farms is seeking a hands-on Assistant Store Manager to help run high-volume convenience store, retail, and restaurant operations. You will support the Store Manager, lead shifts, and develop the team to deliver our renowned food service experience daily.

The role focuses on customer service, operations, and compliance, with leadership responsibilities across team development, training, and performance management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in fast food, retail, or related management.
• Proven leadership and motivation skills.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team and support Store Manager in daily operations.
• Train, coach, and develop team members to meet performance standards.
• Address customer escalations and ensure high service levels.
• Uphold store policies, safety, and cash handling procedures.
• Monitor store performance and implement short-term improvements.
