Job summary

Royal Farms is hiring a full-time Assistant Store Manager to help run high-volume convenience store, retail, and restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment. You will support the Store Manager, lead shifts, and help your team deliver our world-famous food service experience while ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and community engagement.

The role requires supervising staff, driving performance, and implementing plans to enhance sales, safety, and customer experience

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in fast food, retail, or related management.
• ANSI-approved Food Safety Manager Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and supervise store employees to maintain service standards.
• Partner with Store Manager to plan and execute initiatives that boost sales and community engagement.
• Uphold policy compliance and safety across all store operations.
• Coach and develop associates through training and feedback.
• Address customer escalations and ensure a positive store experience.
