Job summary

Royal Farms is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in a high-volume retail, convenience store, and restaurant environment. You will lead shifts, supervise associates, and ensure outstanding service and operational standards daily.

In this hands-on leadership role, you will develop your team, implement quick-win initiatives, and uphold company policies while driving sales and customer satisfaction. Local candidates preferred; relocation not indicated.

Qualifications

• Age 18+ and HS diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of experience in fast food, retail, or related management.
• Proven leadership to supervise and motivate teams.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks.
• Basic proficiency in business math, accounting, and computer applications.
• Analytical and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team and support Store Manager.
• Plan and execute short-term initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and sales.
• Develop team through recruiting, onboarding, training, and ongoing development.
• Provide coaching and feedback to meet performance standards.
• Ensure policy compliance and safe, cash-handling operations.
• Monitor store performance and implement improvement strategies.
