Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of experience as an assistant store leader or equivalent at the same pay level or above.
• Completion of the applicable division's Leadership Essentials Program or equivalent leadership development.

Responsibilities

• Lead store teams in planning, implementing, and executing merchandising and operations to keep the store customer-ready every day.
• Train and develop store associates through formal and informal interactions.
• Achieve and exceed sales, revenue, and profit budgets; drive shrink reduction and improve department contribution.
• Discuss store-level financial performance and budgets with leadership to align on targets and plans.
• Foster inclusion, respect, and safety while ensuring compliance with laws and company policies.
• Collaborate with district/division teams and community partners to support store goals and local initiatives.
• Oversee staffing, retention, turnover, and labor costs to meet customer service and financial targets.
• Communicate information clearly to associates to enable effective execution of duties.
