Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience as department manager, service manager, or equivalent.
• Store manager/district manager or direct manager approval required.
• Retail management experience and knowledge of all aspects of store operations.
• Staff supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist store manager & associates in delivering a favorable customer shopping experience.
• Lead teams in planning, implementing, and executing merchandising/operating initiatives.
• Develop action plans/communications based on Associate Insight survey results.
• Identify store opportunities and develop timely solutions with action plans for implementation.
• Model exemplary customer service and resolve associate/customer issues.
