Discount Tire is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Eugene, OR to lead and mentor a team while ensuring safe, efficient service for customers on the road. You will manage daily operations, coach a 4-5 technician crew, handle inventory, and foster a culture that promotes from within, teamwork, and high standards.

Training is on the job and continuous. This role emphasizes hands-on leadership, safety, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience with the support of established programs

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Busting tires: install, rotate, balance, repair, and clean tires
• Coaching a team: Train, mentor, and coach a team of 4-5 technicians
• Managing: Organize new and existing inventory of tires, wheels, wiper blades, and lug nuts
• Delighting customers: Providing an inviting, easy, and safe customer experience
• Growing: Learn by doing with hands-on, on-the-job training and development
