Discount Tire is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in Illinois to lead a team, mentor technicians, and deliver safe, high-quality service to customers on the floor. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds; automotive enthusiasm a plus.

Responsibilities

• Busting tires: install, rotate, balance, repair, and clean tires and wheels.
• Coach a team of 4-5 technicians.
• Organize new and existing inventory of tires, wheels, wiper blades, and lug nuts.
• Delight customers with an inviting, easy, and safe experience.
• Grow through hands-on, on-the-job training and development.
