Job summary

Turkey Hill Minit Markets is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional guest shopping experience. You will lead the team in guest service, training, scheduling, and maintaining store standards.

The role requires strong energy, leadership, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Previous retail or food service leadership is preferred and ServSafe is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or food experience required.
• ServSafe / Food Safety certification is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong guest service orientation and ability to coach others.

Responsibilities

• Lead guest-service behaviors and coach the team to greet guests warmly and resolve issues.
• Assist Store Manager in training, scheduling, and developing a strong team.
• Support achieving store promotions, sales objectives, and maintain company standards.
