Turkey Hill Minit Markets is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our leadership team. This full‑time position primarily covers second shifts, nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1 year retail or food experience preferred.
• Assistant Manager Training program must be completed.
• ServSafe / Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Coach guest service behaviors and greet guests warmly.
• Support Store Manager with training, scheduling, and coaching.
• Help achieve operational and sales objectives, promotions and controls.
• Maintain store appearance, coffee/food areas, and restrooms at standard.
• Monitor stock levels, merchandising, safety programs and guidelines.
• Perform duties as assigned by Store Manager or acting supervisor.
