Qualifications

• Coach store team on Guest Service behaviors to greet guests warmly and make it right for them.
• Assist Store Manager with training, scheduling, coaching, and creating an engaging environment.
• Partner with Store Manager to achieve sales objectives, promotions, and store controls.
