Job summary

Turkey Hill is seeking a Guest Service Leader to support store operations, greet guests, coach teammates, and lead by example in a fast-paced retail environment. You will help ensure an exceptional guest experience and demonstrate strong customer service skills.

This role involves shift leadership in the Store Manager’s absence, maintaining in-stock and clean stores, and leading by example with company values. A proactive, energetic team player is ideal for this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: N/A
• Preferred Education: High School or GED
• Minimum Experience: 6 months as a Guest Service Associate
• Preferred Experience: 6-12 months retail or guest service

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and invite return visits.
• Process guest transactions efficiently to minimize wait time.
• Maintain store cleanliness and appearance, including coffee and food areas.
• Monitor stock and ensure in-stock levels to meet guest demand.
• In Store Manager’s absence, complete reports and assist with product ordering and banking.
• Lead by example in executing company values and policies.
• Provide training and coaching to team members when acting as store lead.
• Assist with food preparation and safety where applicable.
• Prioritize safety for guests and team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
• Perform essential functions with or without accommodations.
