Job summary

Turkey Hill Minit Markets is looking for an energetic Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager and lead the team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will manage guest service behaviors, ensure operational excellence, and maintain the store's cleanliness.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of retail or food experience, preferably in a leadership role, and must complete the Assistant Manager Training program before being assigned. This full-time position primarily schedules on second shifts.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or food experience required.
• Must complete Assistant Manager Training program before assigned.
• ServSafe/Food Safety certification preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage store team's Guest Service behaviors and provide coaching.
• Support Store Manager in effective training and scheduling.
• Assist in achieving operational excellence and financial objectives.
• Maintain store cleanliness and assist with quality control.
