Job summary

UDF-MyScoop Branding seeks an Assistant Manager to oversee daily store operations and guest services. The role focuses on leading associates, coaching staff, and ensuring exceptional service following The Hi Five Guest Experience.

You will supervise shift leaders, manage administration, and ensure accurate transactions at POS and gas consoles while maintaining store presentation and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Legally qualified to conduct alcohol and tobacco sales under applicable state laws.
• Experience in supervising staff and delivering guest experiences.
• Ability to manage store operations and cash handling tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage other associates, coach the Hi Five experience, and train shift leaders.
• Handle store administration: orders, reports, product transfers, and paperwork.
• Deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience: greet guests, anticipate needs, ensure satisfaction.
• Operate DipSide items: shakes, sundaes, and related offerings.
• Operate POS and gas console; handle transactions and cash/drop procedures.
• Stock shelves, maintain clean presentation, monitor stock rotation.
• Maintain security, monitor customers, and follow tobacco/alcohol protocols.
• Maintain equipment, monitor temperatures, and ensure safe store conditions.
• Accurately complete time records and other required documentation.
