Job summary

UDF-MyScoop Branding is seeking an Assistant Manager to ensure outstanding service and smooth shift operations while complying with laws and company policies. You will lead associates, manage store tasks, and uphold the Hi Five Guest Experience throughout your shift.

The role requires supervising staff, handling POS and fuel transactions, maintaining store conditions, and ensuring safety and customer satisfaction during all duties.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic, energetic and customer‑oriented personality.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing needs.
• Capability to handle fast-paced retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage other Associates, coach Shift Leaders and screen applicants.
• Oversee store administration and paperwork per Manager or District Supervisor.
• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience and greet Guests warmly.
• Handle POS, gas console transactions and cash handling with accuracy.
