Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher degrees preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience required.
• At least 3 years of retail sales/guest service/management experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in a multiunit capacity and drive performance.
• Provide best-in-class guest service and greet guests promptly.
• Lead scheduling, payroll, and staffing to ensure optimal guest service.
• Oversee inventory control, merchandising, and loss prevention.
• Lead a team of Sales Associates, Retail Keyholders, and Assistant Store Managers.
• Achieve sales, profit, and shrink goals through effective leadership.
