Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Video game knowledge preferred.
• Retail management experience required or preferred depending on store size.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in a multiunit capacity when needed.
• Provide and model best-in-class guest service and respond to guest questions quickly and courteously.
• Promote sales initiatives, train and supervise associates, and ensure store policies are followed.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and onboarding to ensure consistent staffing and performance.
• Oversee inventory control, loss prevention, and accurate POS transactions.
• Ensure store is clean, organized, properly merchandised and visually appealing.
