Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or accredited bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in business, marketing, merchandising, or related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience required.
• At least 3 years of retail sales, guest service, and/or management/leadership experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in a multiunit capacity, promoting a sales culture and exceptional guest service.
• Provide and model best-in-class guest service; greet guests, answer questions, and promote promotions.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, and staffing to ensure high service levels.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and merchandised store environment per guidelines.
• Manage inventory, losses, and bank deposits; ensure accurate closeout procedures.
