Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or accredited bachelor's degree with emphasis in business, marketing, merchandising, or related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience required.
• At least 3 years of retail sales, guest service, and/or management/leadership experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead in a multiunit capacity.
• Provide best-in-class guest service: greet guests, address questions, and promote promotions.
• Oversee visual and operational elements, current sales initiatives, and guest relationships.
• Process guest purchases/returns using POS and ensure top guest service.
• Respond to guest questions in person or by phone with courtesy.
• Promote GameStop benefits: reservations, trade-ins, Pro Rewards.
• Recruit, interview, hire, assess, develop, and retain high-performing associates.
• Ensure onboarding, job training, and compliance training before shifts.
