The role requires at least 1 year in retail management and a passion for gaming, with strong guest focus and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or accredited bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in business, marketing, merchandising, or related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience required.
• At least 3 years of retail sales, guest service, and/or management/leadership experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead in a multiunit capacity across stores.
• Provide and model best-in-class guest service and promote loyalty.
• Recruit, interview, hire, assess, develop, and retain high-performing associates.
• Ensure onboarding, job training, and compliance training before shifts.
• Schedule staff and manage payroll to meet guest service goals.
• Maintain store appearance, inventory control, and loss prevention practices.
• Fulfill Omni-Channel orders and manage store operations daily.
• Protect company assets and ensure accurate financial processes.
