Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and multiunit capacity as needed.
• Provide best-in-class guest service and promote loyalty programs.
• Manage staffing, onboarding, and training to ensure policy compliance.
• Oversee inventory, POS transactions, and closing procedures.
• Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and merchandise presentation.
• Meet sales, profit, and shrink targets and report to District Manager.
