Responsibilities include supervising scheduling, payroll, inventory, and ensuring adherence to company policies while promoting loyalty programs and new title reservations. The role requires strong leadership in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience required.
• At least 3 years of retail sales, guest service, and/or management/leadership experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and supervise staff across multiple units.
• Provide best-in-class guest service and promote guest benefits.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and inventory controls.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and ensure safety practices.
• Fulfill Omni-Channel orders and drive sales growth.
• Collaborate with District Manager to implement store initiatives.
