Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or accredited bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in business, marketing, merchandising, or related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience required.
• At least 3 years of retail sales, guest service, and/or management/leadership experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in a multiunit capacity and drive guest service excellence.
• Greet guests, respond to questions quickly, and promote promotions and loyalty programs.
• Schedule staff, supervise associates, and manage payroll and onboarding/training.
• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising, and loss prevention practices.
• Ensure Omni-Channel orders are fulfilled daily and coordinate with District Manager.
