Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or food service management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage other associates, assign duties, coach and train shift leaders.
• Oversee store administration and paperwork.
• Ensure Hi Five Guest Experience and guest satisfaction.
• Operate POS and gas console accurately.
• Ensure stock is neat and in-date, rotate stock.
• Maintain store safety, security procedures, and loss prevention.
• Complete time records and reporting as required.
