Job summary

UDF-MyScoop Branding in Harrison, OH is seeking an Assistant Manager to ensure outstanding Guest service by following The Hi Five Guest Experience. You will supervise associates on shift and maintain store operations, including adherence to alcohol and tobacco sales laws.

The role involves coaching staff, handling cash and POS, overseeing daily reports, stocking, and maintaining a welcoming store environment. Full-time, 37-40 hours, may work 1st-3rd shift; pay range $14–$16 per hour.

Qualifications

• Legally qualified under state laws to conduct alcohol and tobacco sales.
• Strong customer-service mindset with guest-focused approach.
• Experience supervising associates and coaching teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise associates, assign duties, coach guest experience, and assist with interviews.
• Handle store administration, paperwork, and weekly delivery reports and transfers.
• Deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience and maintain inviting store conditions.
• Operate DipSide items, ice cream/yogurt prep, and other products as needed.
• Manage POS transactions, gas sales, and cash handling with accuracy.
• Stock shelves, maintain display quality, and ensure proper date rotation.
