Job summary

UDF-MyScoop Branding is hiring a full-time Assistant Manager in Batavia Township, OH. The role involves leading associates, ensuring outstanding guest service under The Hi Five framework, and maintaining store operations, including alcohol/tobacco sales compliance and safe gas and POS handling.

Responsibilities include staff coaching, store administration, and delivering the signature UDF guest experience. Must be able to lift 10 lbs and work shifts across 1st-3rd.

Qualifications

• Must be legally qualified under applicable state laws to conduct all sales transactions including alcohol and tobacco sales.
• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate effectively with customers.
• Ability to operate store equipment including POS terminal and gas console.

Responsibilities

• Managing other associates: assign/monitor duties, coach The Hi Five Guest Experience, train shift leaders and guest services associates.
• Store administration: ordering, weekly delivery reports, product transfers, paperwork per management.
• Provide the signature UDF Hi Five Guest Experience and ensure guests leave satisfied.
• DipSide guest services: prepare shakes, cups/cones, sundaes, sodas and hand-packed items.
• Operate POS and gas console accurately, handle transactions and cash management.
• Stock merchandise: keep displays, dip cabinet, coffee pots, ice dispensers stocked and rotated.
