Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach associates, including performance monitoring and training of Shift Leaders and Guest Services Associates.
• Handle store administration tasks such as ordering, weekly reports, and paperwork as directed by Store Manager.
• Provide the signature Hi Five Guest Experience, greet guests warmly and ensure the store is prepared for customers at all times.
