Job summary

UDF-MyScoop Branding in Cincinnati is recruiting a full-time Assistant Manager to drive outstanding Guest experiences and maintain smooth store operations, following The Hi Five Guest Experience framework.

You will supervise staff, handle daily administration, and ensure the store remains clean, compliant, and ready for guests. The role requires availability for 1st–3rd shifts and the ability to sell alcohol/tobacco where permitted.

Qualifications

• Supervise and coach Shift Leaders and Guest Services Associates.
• Ensure adherence to The Hi Five Guest Experience on every shift.
• Oversee store operations and cash handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage other associates and provide coaching and training.
• Handle store administration including paperwork and deliveries.
• Deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience and assist Guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare DipSide items and maintain product displays.
• Operate POS and gas console accurately and securely.
